Child care provider – private home (Permanent, Full time40 hours / week)

Salary$14.60 / hour

Specific Skills: Supervise and care for our children. Duties are: Bathe, dress and our children, Discipline children according to the methods requested by the parents, Prepare our children for rest periods, Keep records of daily activities and health information regarding children, Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home, Take children to and from school and to appointments, Tend to emotional well-being of children, Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development, Organize, activities such as games and outings for children, Prepare and serve nutritious meals, Help children with homework
Job requirements
Languages: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Security and Safety: Reference required
Personal Suitability: Organized, Flexibility, Reliability, Team player, Effective interpersonal skills, Client focus, Excellent written communication, Excellent oral communication
Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): First Aid Certificate, CPR Certificate
Additional Skills: Assume full responsibility for household in absence of parents, Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
