Child caregiver – private home(Permanent, Full time 30.00 to 40.00 hours / week)
Private Household
Location: East York, ON (EGLINTON AVE. E. and SUTHERLAND DR.)
Salary: $15.00 to $16.00 / hour (To be negotiated)
Vacancies: 1 Vacancy
Start date: As soon as possible

Work Setting: Work in employer's/client's home. Optional accommodation available at no charge on a live-in basis. Note: This is NOT a condition of employment. Travel expenses paid by employer, Public transportation is available
Work Site Environment: Non-smoking, Scent free
Specific Skills: Supervise and care for children. Bathe, dress and feed our children, Prepare them for rest periods, Sterilize bottles, prepare formulas and change diapers for an infant, Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home, Tend to the emotional well-being of children, Prepare and serve nutritious meals.
Additional Skills: Assume full responsibility for household in absence of parents, Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, Travel with family on trips and assist with child supervision and housekeeping duties
Job requirements
Languages: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Security and Safety: Criminal record check
Personal Suitability: Initiative, Organized, Judgement, Flexibility, Reliability, Team player, Effective interpersonal skills, Excellent oral communication
Weight Handling: Up to 9 kg (20 lbs)
