child caregiver – private home (Permanent employment, Full time30 to 40 hours / week)

Location: Etobicoke, ON
Salary: $17.00 to $17.50 / hour (To be negotiated)
Vacancies: 1 vacancy
Start date: As soon as possible

Work Setting: Work in employer's/client's home. Public transportation is available. Optional accommodation available at no charge on a live-in basis. Note: This is NOT a condition of employment
Work Site Environment: Non-smoking, Scent free
Specific Skills: Supervise and care for our child. Bathe, dress and feed an infant. Prepare infant for rest periods. Sterilize bottles, prepare formulas and change diapers for an infant. Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home
Additional Skills: Travel with family on trips and assist with child supervision and housekeeping duties. Assume full responsibility for the household in absence of parents. Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
Job requirements
Languages: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Personal Suitability: Initiative, Organized, Judgement, Flexibility, Reliability, Team player, Client focus
Security and Safety: Criminal record check
Weight Handling: Up to 9 kg (20 lbs)
