Spick & Span Space is looking to collaborate with two energetic and friendly professionals to service our Burlington East area. We are hoping to form long lasting relationships that provide you, us, and our clients with the best experience possible.

We can offer a 12-24 months contract with full time (40) hours or part time with minimum of 25 hrs per week, if that is something that works for both of us.

  • Hours of operation: Mondays – Fridays, 9:00AM – 5:00PM
  • Pay: $3080/month based on full time employment
  • Pay: $40K per year based on full time employment
  • Type of building: Residential
  • Duties: Dust, wipe, polish, vacuum, mop to a very high standard
  • Communicate on the condition of property and/or any damage
  • Communicate and record immediately any breakage of any items, or any areas of concern
  • Refill cleaning solutions and supplies orders for each client according to their specific checklist
  • Record arrival and departure times
  • Record outcomes of each completed project

What you will bring to the role:

  • Current Police Check (no older than 6 months)
  • Previous 1 year cleaning experience
  • Cell phone and data plan
  • Reliable Transportation
  • Valid DL and clean record
  • Allergies free
  • Dogs and cats friendly

Attention to detail is also a must!

Firm yet flexible schedule: If you need to work 25h per week we can make that happen. If you need Tuesdays off, we can do that too. If you need off after 3pm we can work with you as well. As long as the time off is consistent we can work with you and we can match you with a client that has similar availability. We provide schedule opportunities for those who would like to work while their kids are at school as well as for those who want to be out of the house and make good money and meet new people.

Biweekly payment

Short travel between properties.

We will take care of customer service, scheduling appointments, marketing, administration.

How does our process look like:

We meet Monday morning in person at specific location to discuss weekly goals and projects we will work on. Then we leave in groups of two or sometimes solo to take care of those homes.

You will be connected to our customer service mobile app where you can check your appointments, addresses, notes for the project and get all the information including driving directions.

At the end of the day we go directly home.

We look forward to cre professionals to service our East/North Oakville and our Bronte client (one person per area). We are hoping to form long lasting relationships that provide you, us, and our clients with the best experience possible.
