We are currently seeking a Cleaning and Maintenance Attendant to join Creccal Investissement, located TOWER 1 WESTMOUNT SQUARE SUITE 250 WESTMOUNT H3Z 2P9.

Job Description:

As a member of the maintenance team, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining public areas and office spaces within the Westmount Square shopping center, including the food court and elevators. You will be required to follow hygiene and cleanliness protocols in commercial spaces.

Main Responsibilities:

–          Cleaning and maintenance of public areas:

• Sweep, mop, wash, vacuum, and polish floors.
• Collect debris and empty trash bins.
• Clean and disinfect public areas (food courts, elevators, etc.).
• Clean windows, walls, and ceilings.
• Maintain and clean commercial office spaces.

–          Sanitary and food court maintenance:

• Clean and disinfect public restrooms.
• Collect garbage and ensure the cleanliness of the food court area.
• Dust and maintain a clean and safe environment.

Working Conditions:

Full-time position – 30 hours per week
Hourly wage: $32.97
Work schedule:

• Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM
• Days off are typically Saturday and Sunday, but may vary depending on business needs. Flexibility is required.
