We are looking for well experienced Cleaning Supervisor for 2188808 ALBERTA LTD. located at 691 Falconridge Gardens NE, Calgary AB, T3J 2B9 Canada.

JOB DUTIES:

Oversee and monitor the usage of cleaning materials.
Assist in budget preparation and cost estimation.
Prepare work schedules, supervise and coordinate the work of staff.
Inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are being followed.
Ensure payment has been received for specialized cleaning jobs.
Prepare work schedules.

May be required to perform same duties which he/she supervises.
Orienting and training new staff.
Train cleaning staffs.
Respond to and resolve clients’ concerns, escalate matters as needed.
May perform the same duties as cleaning staff, if needed.
Supervise and coordinate activities and duties of cleaning staff.
You must be Flexible, trainable, honest and punctual.

Prerequisites:

Education: High school or equivalent.

Experience & Skills: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience

Language: English

Hourly Rate: $ 26.00 Hour for 30 to 40 Hours per week

Starting Date: As soon as possible

Terms of Employment: Fulltime and permanent
