Position Info:
- Position: Guest Service Supervisor (6313 B)
- Terms of employment: Full-time and Permanent
- Wage: $21.54 ~ 23.00 per hour (depending on Experience)
- Working Hours: 30-40 hours /week
- Number of Positions: 1
- Work Location: 885 Cranberry Lake Road, Valemount, BC V0E 2Z0

Job Duties:
- Overseeing and assessing front staff activities and providing them with regular performance-related feedback.
- Strategizing and monitoring daily activities of customer service operation at the front desk.
- Assisting front staff with duties where required.
- Establish work schedules and procedures and co-ordinate activities with other work units.
- Order supplies and arrange for maintenance and repair work
- Training staff in areas of customer service and company policies.
- Investigating and solving customer service complaints.
- Assisting management with development and implementation of service policies, and explaining these to staff and customers.
- Maintaining documentation pertaining to customer complaints and feedbacks and report to management.
- Performing additional duties where needed.
Job requirements:
- Language: Proficient level of English is required
- Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
- Experience: 1~2 years of customer service at accommodation facilities or previous supervisory experience in related field is required.
