Experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience is required

– Establishing, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating the overall operations of our company.
– Formulating or approving policies and programs to guide the company's activities.
– Overseeing and coordinating the establishment of construction teams to achieve company objectives.
– Formulating and leading policies that set the direction for the company's construction projects and operations.
– Developing and implementing internal policies for the company.
– Allocating resources to effectively implement company policies and construction programs.
– Selecting construction middle managers, directors, or other executive staff.
– Representing the company or delegating representatives to act on its behalf during official events and developing strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
