Construction Site Supervisors

Successful candidates must have minimum 2 years’ experience working in the residential Construction, have a clear understanding of how projects are budgeted, be able to monitor costing be confident in their role as a supervisor and be able to manage crews of up to 10 people.

Responsibilities will include:

⁃ Coordinator of Engineers and subcontractors

⁃ Project Planning and budgeting

⁃ Supervise Staff and reporting to the manager

⁃ Monitoring and controlling the project development

⁃ Documentation and obtain construction permit from local authorities

⁃ Order and control the material inventory and safety equipment

⁃ Site safety and organizing and cleanness control

Job Requirements:

Languages: English

Education: Completion of secondary school or higher

Experience: more than +1 year less than 2 years(required).

Additional Skills: Candidates must have good computer skills, be proficient with Microsoft project, Excel and Word.
