Blaze Gourmet Burgers Ltd. dba Blaze Gourmet Burgers in Vancouver, BC is looking for skilled and experienced Full-time, Permanent Cooks.
Conditions:
Position: Cook (Full-Time, Permanent position)
Wage: $18.00 – $20.00/hour (wage to be determined depending on experience and skills)
Working hours: 30-40 hours per week, 5 days per week
Ability to do shift work according to work schedule
Vacation: 10 days vacation or 4% of gross salary
Number of Positions: 3
Requirements:
Completion of secondary school
Minimum 3 years of commercial cooking experience as a Cook
Language: English is required

Job Duties:
Prepare and cook complete meals and foods on the menu such as gourmet burgers, chicken and plant based burgers, blaze signature poutines, chicken strips etc..
Plan menu and determine food portions size
Oversee kitchen operations and may supervise other kitchen staffs and helpers
Ensure to maintain high quality of foods
Maintain inventory, and monitor and order supplies and equipment
May clean kitchen and work area
