Conditions
- Position: Cook (Full-time, Permanent position)
- Wage: $15.00 – $19.00/hr (depending on experiences and skills)
- Working hours: 30 – 40 hours per week, 5 days per week
- Ability to do shift work (daytime, evenings, weekends and holidays)
- Vacation: 10 days paid vacation per year or 4% gross salary

Requirements
- Education; Completion of Secondary School
- Experience; 3 years or more commercial cooking experience as a Cook
- Language; English is required
Job Duties:
- Prepare and cook complete Japanese food from the menu such as sushi, sashimi, roll sushi, salad, donburi, udon noodle soup, and combination sushi
- Ensure to maintain high quality of foods
- Monitor and order supplies and equipment
- Oversee kitchen operations
- May clean kitchen and work area
