KT Korean Restaurant Ltd. (Korean BBQ Gui) in Kamloops, BC seeks a full-time, Permanent Cook.
Compensation; $15.00 – $20.00/hr
Hours;35-40 hours / week
Ability to work on evenings and weekends
Benefits; 10 days of paid vacation per year

Job Requirements;
- Completion of secondary school education
- Minimum 3 years of experience of commercial restaurant as a Cook
- English required
Job Duties;
• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
• Plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements
and costs, and monitor and order supplies
• Order supplies and equipment
• Inspect kitchens and food service areas
• Clean kitchen and work areas
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
