Cora Breakfast and Lunch is looking for suitable individuals for Cook position to work at their Surrey location. We are looking for high energy people who want the team to succeed to fill these DAYTIME full-time positions immediately. The details are as follows:

Wages: $16.25 CAD per hour
Duration of Job: Full time, Permanent
Main duties
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual foods for take-out customers.
- Prepare and cook special meals or customised meals as per customer and chef’s request.
- Oversee kitchen operations and flow, maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment.
- Maintain the usage of equipment, use of deep fryer, grill, oven, dispensers, and other equipment to prepare food items.
- Clean equipment, kitchen, and work area.
- Assist in designing menus and dishes, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, monitor and order supplies.
- Supervise and train kitchen staff.
Employment requirements:
- Secondary school education is required.
- Food Safety Certificate is required
- One-year Professional Cook 1 certificate is required or 1 year work experience as cook in Restaurant
