Hotpot Palace is looking for talented Cooks to join our kitchen team so we can ensure food items coming out of the kitchen are of the highest quality and prepared quickly and efficiently.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing ingredients for cooking, including chopping and storing food.
• Preparing and cooking food according to receipts and quality standards.
• Ensuring all food products are handled, stored, prepared and served safely and in accordance with food safety guidelines
• Operating kitchen equipment while adhering to safety procedures, and reporting any deficiencies
• Maintain a clean kitchen and workspace.
• Various side duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications & Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in the culinary industry.
• Secondary education is preferred.
• Must be efficient and good knowledge of food safety practices.

 

Salary: $3,800 per month

Available shift: evening, weekend and holiday

Job type: Full-time, permanent, 40 hour per week

Benefits: 10 days paid vacation per year
