Sushi Hama in Qualicum Beach, BC seeks a full-time, Permanent Cook. Compensation; $15.00 – $19.00/hr Hours;35-40 hours / week Benefits; 10 days of paid vacation per year Position Available; 2 Work Location Address 221 2nd Ave W suite 14, Qualicum Beach, British Columbia, V9K 2S5 Job Requirements; • Completion of secondary school education • Minimum 3 years of experience of commercial restaurant as a Cook • English required Job Duties; • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods • Plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies • Order supplies and equipment • Inspect kitchens and food service areas • Clean kitchen and work areas • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
