Mr. Sushi is looking for great people with experience to join our team.
Job Title: Prep Cook
Employer: Mr. Sushi Lonsdale Inc.
Working Location: 105-107 Lonsdale Avenue, North Vancouver, BC, V7M 2E7
Employment Status: Permanent, Full-time 40 hours per week (minimum 30 hours per week)
Benefit: 10 days paid vacation or 4 % vacation fee
Wage: $16.00 to $18.00 / per hour (to be negotiated)
Position Available: 1
Duties include, but are not limited to:
‒ Prepare and cook menu items according to our specifications.
‒ Handle daily food quality, quantity control.
‒ Maintain inventory and records of foods, supplies and temperature of fridges.
‒ Keep the kitchen and work area clean all the time.
‒ Uphold and maintain food safety, high standards of sanitation and cleanliness.
Qualification:
– Completion of secondary school education is required.
– Completion of a three-year apprenticeship program for cooks or Completion of college or other program in cooking or minimum 1 year of commercial cooking experience are required.
– Basic in English is a must.
