Description
Japan Consulting Corporation dba Japadog have been entertaining a lot of Vancouverites in BC. We serve Japanese style Hot dogs with a variety of flavours. Currently, we are looking for a permanent and full time cook to join us.
Job Duties:
· Prepare and cook Japanese style Hot dogs and other Japanese catering menus
· Plan and develop new menu items
· Ensure the quality of food and control inventory
· Maintain work area clean and organize work equipment
· Train and supervise new kitchen staffs in job duties
· Adheres to proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures
Qualifications:
· Completion of Secondary School
· Minimum 2 years of commercial cooking experience
· Able to work in the fast paced work environment and able to manage the multitasks under the pressure
· Work with the other staffs well as a team
Wage/Working Hours:
Wage: $15.25/hour
Working Hour: 40 hrs/week
Permanent and Full time
