Description
Al Barak Mediterranean Grill INC in Victoria is looking for permanent, full-time positions for Two Chefs to assist in running growing firm and could join immediately.
Location: 569 Johnson Street suite 101 Victoria, BC V8W 3C6
Positions Available: 2 (Two)
Anticipated Start date: As soon as possible.
Compensation: $34.62per hour
Work hours: 30 hours/week
Terms: Permanent Full-Time
Language of Work: English
Job duties and Responsibilities:

Oversee food preparation and cooking operations

Collaborate with clients to plan and organize weddings, banquets, and special events.

Design and plan menus, ensuring food meets quality standards.

Estimate food requirements and project food and labor costs.

Supervise specialist chefs, chefs, and cooks.

Manage equipment purchases and arrange for necessary repairs.

Handle recruitment and hiring of kitchen staff.

May also prepare and cook food on a regular basis or for special events and guests.
Skills and Education:
1 to less than 7 months
Completion of Secondary School
