Job Duties:
Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods as per Jamaican style
Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
May clean kitchen and work area
Determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies
Train kitchen staff.
Prepping food such as ribs, chicken, desserts for busy kitchen rush.
Prepare vegetables, cut and slice as well as other side dishes.
Job Requirements:

Jamaican cooking experience is an asset
