Description
Pizza Depot, located at 149 Kensington Blvd Saskatoon, SK S7L 6V7, is looking for 2 Pizza Makers to join our team. This is a full-time position.
The Pizza Makers will perform the following duties:
• Prepare and cook pizzas which include vegetable and chicken pizzas.
• Prepare ingredients and pizza sauces
• Look after the specialized pizza equipment such as grill, oven, deep fryer etc.
• Add toppings and slice pizza as per customers request
• Prepare dough by kneading and stretching, as required
• Schedule and supervise kitchen helpers
• Oversee kitchen operations
• Maintain inventory of food, supplies and equipment
• Ensure that the kitchen and work areas are clean.
Skills requirement:
• Completion of secondary school
• Completion a College or other program in cooking or a minimum of 1 year of commercial cooking experience is required.
• Ability to operate the oven.
• Ability to communicate in English.
