Job Duties:
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes as per the order specifications
- Prepare and cook special meals as per allergies
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
- Clean kitchen and work area as per industry standards
- Cook food to correct portions, estimate food requirements and monitor as per menu item
- Prepare food to order and ensure restaurant standards and recipes are followed
- Prep food prior to customer rushes to manage the fast pace
- Making pasta and pizza from scratch as well as sauces
- Other duties that apply to ensure smooth kitchen operations
