Job Description:
Prepare and cook individual dishes and food items; Determine the cost of food; Plan and assist in adding dishes to the menu; Maintain the clean and hygienic environment in the kitchen and food service areas; Monitoring and estimating cost and the daily supplies as required; Supervise kitchen staff and train helping staff in the prep-aration of dishes etc.; Clean the work area and kitchen; Manage day to day operations
Key Responsibilities: Maintain quality, precision, and speed of output. Desire and ability to work as part of a team.
Requirements:
Completion of a three-year apprenticeship program or 2-3 years of equivalent experience are required.
