Job Duties:
· Prepare and cook complete meals for guests.
· Following recipe and presentation guidelines to meet or exceed guests’ expectations.
· Plan Menus, determine size portions, estimate food requirements and costs.
· Coordinating food orders to support timely and efficient delivery to each table.
· Ensuring proper food safety and sanitation standards.
· Meeting special guest requests while ensuring same high-quality standards.
· Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food.
· May Clean Kitchen and work areas.
Employment requirements:
· 2 to 3 years of related experience is required.
• Completion of High School is mandatory.
