Seto Sushi in Nanaimo, BC seeks a full-time, Permanent Sushi Cooks.
Compensation; $16.00 – $19.00/hr
Hours; 40 hours / week
Ability to work on weekends and holidays according to the work schedule
Benefits; 10 days of paid vacation

Job Requirements;
• Completion of secondary school education
• Minimum 3 years of experience of commercial restaurant as a cook
• English required
Job Duties;
• Prepare and make assorted sushi and rolls
• Prepare and garnish assorted sashimi
• Make specialty sauces and seasonings
• Ensure quality of food and determined size of food proportions
• Clean kitchen and food service area
• Adhere to safety procedures
