Prepare and cook complete meals as well as individual dishes and foods
Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
Clean kitchen and work area
Mexican food cooking experience is an asset
Experience preparing sauces
Prepare dishes for people with allergies
Follows original recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications as set by the restaurant.
