Position: Corporate development planning adviser
Job Description:
– Understand and manage business continuity requirements involving all direct company business
– Provide guidance, business advice, and support to the company regarding policy changes and updates
– Ensure internal compliance and understanding of the policies
– Ensure that submissions and filings to regulatory bodies are conducted in a timely fashion on behalf of the company
– Methodically examine the methods of management currently in place in order to improve results
– Plan for re-organizations of the company procedures and policies when necessary, by approving changes through necessary channels and ensuring that compliance is achieved through the changes
– Analyze any implemented changes to ensure that they benefit company function
– Supervise staff roles and their functions to ensure optimal use of job roles
– Define, develop and document necessary operational approach, processes, procedures and templates for future on-going management operations
– Liaise with stakeholders to understand problems and opportunities, and recommends to enable the organization to meet its goals
– Understand and communicate technical and architectural complexities of a technical solution so that project stakeholders can easily understand
– Recommend approaches to streamline and integrate technological processes in the organization to improve overall efficiency
– Remain aware of Gaming industry and market changes, implement changes into company through constant awareness of procedural effectiveness
Wage: $72.12 hourly for 40 hours per week
Benefit: Vacation pay of 4% and extended medical insurance after 1 year of full-time employment
Qualifications/Skills/Requirements
– Education: High School
– Experience: 2-3 years or more experience as a gamification consultant
– Language: Speak English, Read English, and Write English
