Easy way lending Group Inc is currently in the process of looking for Customer Service Supervisor to join our growing company.
Job Title: Customer Service Supervisor – Financial Service
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time, Day, Morning, Evening, Overtime.
Work Location Information: 406 E Broadway, Vancouver, BC, V5T 1X2 Canada.
Wage Rate: $30/hour for 40 hours/week, Overtime starts after 40 hours/week.
Anticipated Start Date (at the latest in 3 months): As soon as possible.
Vacancies: 1
Education: High School required.
Experience: 1- 2 years relevant work experience.
Language: English is required.
Job Duties:
• Assign work to other employees and make schedule.
• Communicating with clients in a timely, concise and professional manner at all times.
• Demonstrating professionalism and commitment to achieving the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
• Hire new worker and training as per company policy.
• Authorize deposits and withdrawals and audit day to day financial transactions.
• Issue and monitor loans and other financial transactions as per company policy.
Essential Skills: Team player, Leadership skills, Fast learner, Problem solving, Organizational skills, Decision making, Critical thinking.
Other: Candidate must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
