Customer Service Supervisor – Retail

We are looking for well-experienced Customer Service Supervisors—retail for Richmond Hill Toyota, located at 11240 Yonge Street, Richmond Hill, ON L4S 1K9, Canada. You may be required to work at various locations in the region.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise and lead the customer service team to ensure efficient operations and high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Create and manage staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage during peak times and customer service hours.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and service issues to maintain a positive dealership experience.
• Oversee inventory management for dealership supplies and accessories, ensuring stock levels meet customer demands.
• Train new staff, monitor performance, and provide ongoing coaching to maintain excellent service standards.
• Ensure the dealership showroom and service areas are well-maintained, clean, and visually appealing to customers.
• May perform keyholder duties, including opening and closing the dealership, handling escalated concerns, and supporting management tasks.

Prerequisites:

Education:                               Secondary (High) School completion or equivalent experience

Experience & Skills:                 1 year to less than 2 years

Language:                               English

Hourly Rate:                             $ 34.10.00 to $ 40.00 per Hour for 30 to 40 Hours per week

Starting Date:                           As soon as possible

Terms of Employment:             Fulltime and permanent
