Evergreen Chiropractic Langley Inc is looking for a Dance-exercise therapist to join our team.
Title: Dance-exercise therapist

Opening: 1 position (Permanent, Full-time)
Wage: CAD 25.75 – CAD 27.75 per hour
Working Hours: At least 30 hours per week
Benefit: 4% of vacation pay or 10 days of paid vacation
Location: B100-20161 86 Avenue, Langley, BC V2Y 2C1
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in related studies
- Previous work experience in related field is an asset
Main Duties:
- Determine patients’ health conditions and review reports from chiropractors, physiotherapists, and counsellors
- Plan specialized individual and group therapeutic exercise treatments for each patient based on health concerns in order to rehabilitate using proper form and safe methods on a variety of pilates equipment including reformer, hand weights and Exo-chair
- Monitor, record and analyze patients in performing the therapeutic exercises and dance activities to evaluate treatments plans
- Design specialized dance therapy programs for each patient to enhance patients’ functioning and movement level
- Write progress reports on patient outcomes and consult with other health professionals and provide education to patients regarding injury prevention and treatment
