SWB Frieghts Inc is looking for permanent full-time Delivery Drivers Supervisor who could join immediately. The details are given below:
Location: 5338 188 St Surrey BC
Compensation: $30 per hour
Work hours: 30 to 40 hours/week
Positions Available: One
Language of work: English
Benefits: Disability Insurance
Job duties and responsibilities
- Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of drivers.
- Establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities of staff.
- Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve performance.
- Maintain specified inventory and requisition materials and supplies.
- Monitor expenditure and prepare reports and budgets
- Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and recommend measures to improve performance.
- Dispatch bus drivers and monitor route to ensure schedules are met and to resolve operating problems.
- Train staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policies.
Requirements
- Completion of secondary school
- Minimum 1 to 2 relevant work experience
