We are looking for a well experienced Dentist for our Victoria Dental Clinic located at 910 Victoria Ave E Thunder Bay, ON P7C 1B4 Canada

 

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Write fabrication instructions or prescriptions for use by denturists and dental technicians;
  • Restore, extract and replace diseased and decayed teeth;
  • Perform oral surgery, periodontal surgery and other treatments;
  • Examine patients' teeth, gums and surrounding tissue;
  • Diagnose disease, injury and decay and plan appropriate treatment;
  • Design bridgework, fit dentures and provide appliances;
  • Clean teeth and instruct patients on oral hygiene

 

Prerequisites:

 

Education:                                Degree in medicine, dentistry, veterinary medicine or optometry

 

                                                  Dentistry (DDS, DMD)

Credentials                               National Dental Examining Board of Canada Certification

Licensure by provincial or territorial authorities

 

Experience & Skills:                 1 year to less than 2 years of experience

 

Language:                                English

 

Hourly Rate: $60 per Hour for 30 to 40 Hours per week

 

Starting Date: As soon as possible

 

Terms of Employment: Fulltime and permanent

 

Benefits: 4 % vacation pay
