Description
Position: Pet Grooming Salon Manager
Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
Wage: $23.00 – $27.00 /hour (Depending on Experience)
Hours: 30-40 hours/week
Benefits:
- 4% vacation pay
Job Duties:
- Plan, organize and control the overall operations of the business
- Implement work policies and procedures for staff
- Establish and control operational budget and inventory
- Respond to customers’ complaints and resolve problems
- Recruit, train and supervise staff
- Manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies
- Provide excellent customer service skills
Educational Requirements:
- Completion of Secondary school is required.
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of grooming experience are required.
- Should be able to groom dogs from start to finish and breed clips.
Language Requirements:
- English
