District Factory Outlet is seeking F/T Retail Sales Supervisor
Position: Retail Sales Supervisor
Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
Wage: $20.25 – $24.00/hour (Depending on experience)
Hours: 30 – 40 hr/week
Benefits: 4% Vacation pay
Job Duties:
- Order merchandise and maintain specified inventory
- Manage work schedules for other workers
- Address work-related issues such as customers’ requests and complaints
- Hire and train new staff and monitor
- Authorize return of merchandise and payments by cheque
- Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
- Write reports on sales volume, merchandising and personnel matters
Job requirements: 1~2 years of related experience
Educational Requirements: Completion of a secondary school
Language Requirements: English
