Dolpan Seoul BBQ is looking for F/T Food Service Supervisor.

Position Info:

·         Position: Food Service Supervisor

·         Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

·         Wage: $20.00~$21.00/hour (depending on experience)

·         Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week

·         Number of Positions:  1

·         Work Location: 1123-3779 Sexsmith Road, Richmond, British Columbia V6X 1J8

Benefits:

·         10 days paid vacation per year or 4% vacation pay 

Job Duties:

·         Supervise the activities of food service staff

·         Train food service staff in their job duties and safety procedures

·         Order ingredients and restaurant supplies

·         Ensure food service meets quality standards

·         Maintain records of sales, stock, and wastage

·         Set and manage staff’s work schedules

·         Resolve and address customer complaints

·         Hire food service staff whenever necessary

 

Job requirements:

·         Language: English

·         Experience: 1~2 years of experience in food preparation or customer service are required.

·         Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
