Job Duties:
1. Lead daily social, learning and physical activities for all children in classes, such as telling or reading stories, teaching songs, doing circle activities etc.
2. Prepare, develop and implement programs based on curriculum and instruction plans to foster physical, cognitive, emotional and social development of children
3. Encourage and assist each child in carrying out daily routines
4. Foster and maintain a safe, clean and well-kept environment for all children to help the children feel comfortable and confident within their surroundings
5. Guide and assist children in the development of proper eating, dressing and toilet habits
6. Identify and adapt to each child's individual personality, skills, interest and needs
7. Observe the children's behavior and assess the progress of children's development and prepare notes or report to communicate with parents and supervisor/manager
8. Discuss and share child development knowledge with families and responds to concerns in a timely manner, directing them to the supervisor/ manager as appropriate
Qualification:
-holds a valid ECE license
-A college diploma in early childhood education is required
-Caring and compassionate attitude is a must
-English language fluency
-Must be able to successfully pass a criminal record search
