Description
We feature meats we have raised and meat products we have made, a variety of pork, beef , free range chicken & turkey. If you are interested in working within our Meat Shop as a Meat Cutter, apply today.
Job duties:
- Clean meats to prepare for processing or cutting
- Wrap and package prepared meats
- Weigh meats for sale
- Cut carcasses, sides and quarters
- Cut, trim and prepare standard cuts of meat
- Remove bones from meat
Education: No Education required
Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
Language: English
Terms of employment: full-time, 35 hours a week
Wage: $13.50 per hour
