Position Info:

• Position: Cook
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $16.25-$18.00/hour (depending on experience)
• Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
• Number of Positions:  2
• Work Location: 301-20300 Fraser Hwy, Langley, BC V3A 4E6

Benefits:

• 4% vacation pay

Job Duties:

• Prepare and cook complete foods utilizing standardized recipes
• Order kitchen supplies and equipment
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
• Plan menus, determine size of food portions, and estimate food requirements
• Always maintain the food prep area and kitchen cleaned and sanitized
• Oversee all kitchen operation
• May involve in recruitment, training of new kitchen staff

Job requirements:

• Language: English
• Experience: 2~3 years of experience of commercial cooking is required
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
