Description
A busy professional family is looking for 2 caregivers in Senneville, an elderly gentleman of 85 years old. Permanent and full-time employment. 40 hours, 5 days a week. Schedule: from 9:00 h to 17:00 h. Salary of $18/h. Two days off: usually Saturday and Sunday, but this may vary depending on the employer’s shifts, so flexibility is essential. Languages English or French.
Tasks: The main task is to accompany the elderly. In addition, the caregiver will administer medication as well as bedside and personal care, it will assist the client with their daily exercises, walks, among others, the person will assume full responsibility for the home in the absence of the employer. The caregiver will also be required to feed or assist with food, purchase food and household supplies, provide personal care, accompany seniors, perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, assist customers with washing and other aspects of personal hygiene, preparing and serving nutritious meals.
*Educational level required:
General High school diploma – Completed
*Experience related to employment:
1-2 Years of Work Experience Needed or Diploma as a Caregiver or as a Nurse Required.
*Other conditions:
Punctuality, reliability, judgment, sense of responsibility, good interpersonal skills, organizational skills, experience with seniors
