MINK CANVAS iLash Co. is looking for a permanent and full-time Eyelash Salon Supervisor at our salon in downtown Vancouver.
Duties:
– Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
– Requisition supplies and materials for eye lash lounge
– Ensure smooth operation of salon systems, equipment and machinery and arrange for maintenance and repair work
– Resolve work-related problems and prepare and submit progress and other reports to the business owner
– Co-ordinate, assign and review the work of eyelash salon workers
– Establish work schedules and procedures
– Monitor quality and service levels
– Perform the same duties as eyelash salon workers/eyelash technicians
Skills and Experiences:
– Completion of secondary school is required
– Must have a minimum 2 – 3 years of practical experience as an eyelash technician
Language:
– Communication skills in English

– Good interpersonal skill

Hours:
40h/week
Compensation: $23.00/hour, 4% vacation pay
