Essential Duties & Responsibilities of the Position:

• Assist with routine general maintenance repair tasks

• Perform Industrial cleaning (power washing, exterior washing, gutter cleaning) projects

• Respond to tenant repair calls in a timely manner

• Coordinate with vendors to execute deliverables on specific projects

• Create and update maintenance and project schedules

• Sources and prices vendors and replacement/repair items by following reasonable spending guidelines

• Perform related duties as required or assigned
