Job Description:
– Supervise and coordinate work of other farm workers and labourers and oversee activities like produce maintenance & harvesting
– Undertake agricultural activities which includes plowing, irrigating, cultivating, spraying or harvesting of pruduce
– Assign and oversee schedule of all farm workers and other labourers as per requirement
– Assess, suggest and help in the implementation of work procedures which are beneficial for the business
– Establish and supervise procedures to maintain crop health
– Ensure that the safety procedures are followed by all farm workers and by everyone attending the Farm worksite
– Maintain records pertaining to quality control and production
– Responsible for maintenance of equipments and supplies
– Train other farm workers, if required
– Perform general farm duties, as and when required
– Perform other related duties as instructed by the management
