Marketing Coordinator (South)

Job Duties:

Start wage $33.85/ hour; Position: 1. Permanent, full time 30 – 40 hours /week. Employment conditions: Morning, Evening, days, Weekend; English is a must. Minimum college diploma in business marketing, public relations, communications and etc. Must haveminimum two or three year related experiences. Equivalent consider. Administrative Officer (South)

Job Duties:

Permanent full time. 1 position, Start wage $29.5/hour, 30 –40hours/week. Employment conditions: Morning, Evening, Day; Review, evaluate and implement new administrative procedures, Delegate work to office support staff, Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met, Carry out administrative activities of establishment, Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services, Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures. College diploma is required. Preference with college diploma in business or public administration. Must have minimum two or three year related experiences

Bookkeeper (South)

Job Duties:

Prmanent full time Bookkeeper: 1 position, Start wage $28.85/hour, 30 –40hours/week. Employment conditions: Morning, Evening, Day; English is a must. Completion of a college program in accounting, bookkeeping or a related field or completion of two years (first level) of a recognized professional accounting program (e.g., Chartered Accounting, Certified General Accounting) or courses in accounting or bookkeeping. Must have minimum two years of experience as a financial or accounting clerk are required. Equivalent consider. Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, calculate fixed assets and depreciation, keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems, prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports, prepare trial balance of books, prepare tax returns and etc.

Food and Beverage Server (South & West):

Job Duties

Permanent full time Food Beverage Server: 2 positions. Start wage is $17/hour. 30-40 hours per week. Working time would be days, evenings, nights and weekends. Address customers' complaints or concerns;  Prepare and serve specialty food at customers' tables;  Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit or debit cards, travellers cheques or room billings;  Describe menu items including daily specials for customers;  Advise on menu selections;  Clear and clean tables, trays and chairs;  Serve food and beverages; Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff;  Assist clients/guests with special needs. High school diploma is required. Equivalence considered. Experience an asset.

Kitchen Helper /Food Counter Attendant(South & West)

Job Duties

Permanent full time Kitchen Helper: 3 positions. Start wage is $15.5/hour. 30-40 hours per week. Working time would be days, evenings, nights and weekends.  Bring clean dishes, flatware and other items to serving areas and set tables; Clean and sanitize items such as dishwasher mats, carts and waste disposal units; Clear and clean tables, trays and chairs; Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware and flatware; Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas; Keep records of the quantities of food used.  Experience as asset. High School diploma is required.  Equivalence considered.

Food Service Supervisor (South & West)

Job Duties:

Permanent full time Food Service Supervisor : 1 positions. Start wage is $18.65/hour. 30-40 hours per week. Working time would be days, mornings, evenings, nights and weekends.  Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food;  Ensure food service and quality control;  Address customers’ complaints or concerns;  Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage;  Prepare and submit reports;   Must have knowledge of the establishment’s culinary genres;  Supervise and check assembly of trays;  Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys, Establish work schedules.  High school diploma is required.  Must have at least 1 year related experience.  Equivalence considered.  

Cashier (South & West)

Permanent full time Cashier: 1 positions. Start wage is $15/hour. 30-40 hours per week. Working time would be days, mornings, evenings, nights and weekends. Operate cash register; Process money, cheques and credit/debit card payments; Receive payment for goods or services; Calculate daily/shift payments received and reconcile with total sales; Greet customers; Assist theatre patrons with seat selection; Monitor all entrances and exits, request proof of payment when necessary. Experience as asset. High School diploma is required.  Equivalence considered.
