Responsibilities |
· Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages · Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff · Serve food and beverages · Prepare and serve specialty foods at patrons' tables · Present bill to patrons and accept payment · Advice on menu selections · Clear and clean tables, trays and chairs · Provide excellent customer service |
| Minimum Qualifications | · No formal education is required · Previous experience is an asset but not mandatory. · Communication skills- able to exceed guest expectations · Able to lift minimum of 10 lbs
