Spice Valley Indian Cuisine located at 1/2 Esquimalt Rd #910, Victoria, BC V9A 3M6 is looking for Full-time Restaurant Manager to be a part of their team at the earliest.

Duties:
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations.
• Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures.
• Monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
• Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
• Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities.
• Develop, implement, and analyze budgets.
• Participate in marketing plans and implementation.
• Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance.
• Address customers' complaints or concerns and Provide customer service.
• Recruit, train and supervise staff.
Job Requirements:
• High School certificate is required.
• 02 to less than 03 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience, is required.
Additional Skills:
• Conduct performance reviews, Organize, and maintain inventory.
• Able to work in Fast-paced environment.
• Ability to Supervise staff in various areas of responsibility.
