Seacastle Enterprise Inc DBA BURGER KING location in Victoria, British Columbia is looking to hire two Full time & Permanent Food Service Supervisors. Though this is a full-time position, we encourage part-timers to apply as well.
Duties and Responsibilities of Food Service Supervisor:
- Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare and serve food.
- Order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation.
- Establish methods to meet work schedules.
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage.
- Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures, and budgets.
ANTICIPATED START DATE: As Soon As Possible.
SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
- Employment Requirements: Completion of secondary school is required. At least one- or two-years’ experience in food preparation or service is required or completion of college program in food administration.
