Food Service Supervisor
Sushiwa Restaurant Ltd. DBA Sushiwa Roll & Teriyaki in Chilliwack, BC is looking for a Food Service Supervisor.
Conditions
- Position: Food Service Supervisor
- Working Hours: Full-Time, Permanent Position (40 hours a week, 8 hours a day), 5 days a week
- Ability to do shift work according to work schedule (daytime, evenings, weekends)
- Hourly Wage: $15.00 – $18.00/hour
- Vacation: 10 days paid vacation/year or 4% gross salary
- Benefit: Gratuities

Requirements
- Completion of secondary school
- Minimum 3 years of experience in food preparation or service or Completion of a community college program in food service administration, hotel and restaurant management or related discipline is required.
- Language: English
Job Duties
- Supervise and coordinate activities of restaurant staff.
- Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures.
- Establish work schedule.
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage.
- Estimate and order supplies and ingredients.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Perform cashier’s or server’s duty such as taking orders and processing payments if it needs.
