Wage: $17.00/hour
Benefits: Relocation Cost covered by the employer.
Job Duties:
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
• Estimate and order ingredients and supplies.
• Ensure food service and quality control.
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
• Prepare and submit reports.
• Prepare food order summaries for chef.
• Must have knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres.
• Supervise and check assembly of trays & delivery of food trolleys.
• Establish work schedules.
Job Requirements:
Education & Experience:
1) Completion of secondary school is required.
2) Completion of a community college program in food service administration, hotel and restaurant management or related discipline
OR
1 to less than 2 years of experience in related field is required.
