Salary : $16.00 to $18.00 / hour (To be negotiated)

Job requirements :
Languages : English
Education : College, CEGEP or Other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years or equivalent experience
Experience : 1 year to less than 2 years
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities : Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Standing for extended periods, Bending, crouching, kneeling, Walking, Physically demanding
Additional Skills : Establish methods to meet work schedules, Train Staff in Job duties, Sanitation and Safety Procedures, Hire Food Service Staff, Address Customer's complaints or concerns
Specific Skills : Supervise and Co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, Estimate and order ingredients and supplies, Maintain records of stock, repairs, Sales and wastage, Ensure food and services meet quality control, Prepare and submit reports, Must have knowledge of establishment’s culinary genres, Establish work schedules.

Ability to Supervise : 5-10 people
