Big G Richmond Enterprises Ltd. is looking for F/T Food Service Supervisor.
Position: Food Service Supervisor
Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
Wage: $14.65 – $18.65/hour (depending on experience)
Hours: 30- 40 hours/week
Benefits:
- 4% vacation pay
Job Duties:
- Check records of food costs, inventory, and sales
- Establish methods to meet work schedules
- Address customers’ complaints or concerns
- Hire and recruit all kitchen workers
- Buying supplies and ingredients
- Supervise staffs
- Train and Manage staffs and delegate task related to preparation of meal and food delivery to diners in timely manner.
- Develop menus and grant food meets quality standards
- Estimate cost of supplies from food to ingredients.
Educational Requirements:
- Secondary school
Experience Requirements:
- 2~3 years work experience as a food preparation or service is required
Language Requirements:
- English
