Joong Won Korean Chinese Restaurant in Vancouver, BC is looking for a Food Service Supervisor to work with our team.
Title: Food Service Supervisor
Opening: 1 position (Permanent, Full-time)
Wage: CAD 17.00~CAD 19.00 per hour, At least 30 hours per week
Benefit: 4% of gross pay or 10 days of paid vacation
Location: 1329 Robson St, Vancouver, BC V6E 1C6
Requirements:
- Completion of secondary school education
- Post-secondary education in hospitality or related field, or several years of related work experience is required.
Main Duties:
- Train and supervise other food service staff
- Manage food inventory and order ingredients
- Coordinate work schedule and activities of food service staff
- Maintain the safety and cleanliness of kitchen and dining area to ensure sanitary standards are met
- Deal with customers complaints and inquiries about overall food service
